OBLIVIONIZED – LIFE IS A STRUGGLE, GIVE UP (Secret Law Records – 2015)
I’m a big fan of power-trios, especially ones as vicious as this. Drums, guitar and vocals. It doesn’t sound like much, but when you’ve got rapid-fire shred doubled through a bass amp attacking your face like a swarm of bees, it’s more than enough. There’s some truly bleak words on here. So if you’re in a bit of a fuck life mood, give this a spin.
